Improve Enterprise Service Delivery (Infrastructure)
Infrastructure Operations will improve enterprise service delivery by transforming how we operate and the technologies we use. Our strategic vision is to recognize the service areas that have not evolved fast enough to meet business needs [including the impacts of COVID-19 this past year], and therefore set out to improve Organizational Health and drive Operational Agility through the transformation.

Operationally, we will improve workflow, support continuous improvement, transform our operational model, and simplify our service delivery methodologies; we will shift from control to adaptive governance, seek flexibility where we’re rigid, anticipate roadblocks, and drive cost efficiency to improve the overall customer experience
