Teams across OIT mapped out our current processes and identified gaps in handoffs, resulting in a plan for cohesive delivery that recognizes consistent intake, requires prioritization of project requests, aligns project resources, ensures collaboration on solution design, and offers a support team for sustaining operations. Now agencies have a single funnel for work requests and we have the foundation for our new PMO governance model.
