ServiceHub Phase 3 Program
About the program
The ServiceHub Phase 3 program will build on OIT's ServiceHub platform. ServiceHub is a cloud-based customer support tool that manages requests, projects, and other customer service needs across state agencies and within OIT. This program focuses on adding three critical modules to the existing ServiceHub platform: telecom asset management, incident management forecasting, and cloud insights. This work builds upon OIT's ability to provide the best service to employees and partners and furthers the goal of a modern, secure digital government for all Coloradans.
Key Outcomes:
This program has been identified as an important next step in our journey to reduce inefficiencies, redundancies and outdated technology and processes.
What are the projects?
ServiceHub Telecom Management Project
The ServiceHub Telecom Asset Management project addresses the challenges faced by the State of Colorado in managing and tracking telecom assets across its 1,200 locations. Telecom assets include voice, data and video tools used to connect people and systems.
The project will provide a centralized system for telecom asset management, streamline the process from service request to service delivery, improve visibility into asset usage, deploy real-time dashboards, track vendor incidents/requests, and develop robust telecom standards.
A cloud-based system within the ServiceHub platform will be implemented to achieve centralized telecom asset management, allowing for accurate and up-to-date information on all state-owned telecom assets.
ServiceHub Event Management Project - Coming Soon
